The conferencing costs are:

Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of CZK 8,70 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 8,70 CZK/min = CZK 391,50

Since the participants dial in their selves no telephony costs will be charged.
